With Specialised Sports at heart it was Dale Harris who in 2003 saw the vision to bring personalized Teamwear/School wear/Workwear to the table, and many years later he is still continuing to build relationships with Teams, School and Workforces alike.
WHY DID WE CALL THE BUSINESS BLUE BLOOD?
Both of the Directors of the company are Oxford born and bred and have been involved in local sport (predominantly Football and Cricket) since they were children growing up in the City of Oxford.
Put quite simply Blue comes from “Oxford Blue” and Blood because “Sport is in our Blood”

Retail wise the Blue Blood Sports shop has a fantastic range of equipment ranging from a student budget all the way up
to the serious sportsmen and women in our midst. At Blue Blood we are dedicated in using our expertise and knowledge to serve the city and provide good service and advice to
the many sportsmen and women who live in and around
this historic town.
Richard Bowerman is our Racket Restringer and with over 35 years of sports retail experience is a great asset to Blue Blood Sports. TERMS OF SALE
When you place an order to purchase a product from any
Blue Blood Sports site, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (if an e-mail address is supplied). Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an e-mail to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Blue Blood Sports are absolutely entitled
to refuse any request made by you.
When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or
debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to
these details as soon as possible.
VARIATION OF CONTENT
Blue Blood Sports shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any portion of this Policy at any time. Continued use of this site following the posting of any such changes to these Terms
will mean you accept those changes.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are to be construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 28 days
of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
PLEASE NOTE: items that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged so please contact us if you are unsure in anyway regarding sizing or personalisation.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or
a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of
your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

Blue Blood Sports recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. Blue Blood Sports will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by Blue Blood Sports
i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us
being unable to credit the cost.
Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, Blue Blood Sports will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Blue Blood Sports.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
